This is a document created to meet the requirements of step 18 in Hartford Public Library's Learning 2.0 staff development program. 

 

We have been teaching some of these online applications to our students.  Most of the time, we have taught them Google applications (Docs and Calendar).  One of the evening instructors taught Glide (http://www.glidedigital.com/). 

 

I did not know about ZOHO, but this word processiong program seems very straightforward to me.  I kind of like not having drop-down menus.  I would have to get used to a few more toolbar buttons than I usually have, such as the one for emoticons. -- Pomfretgirl
