Trying out Flickr tools/toys. The one I used for this is Mosaic Maker at http://www.bighugelabs.com/. I asked for Flickr photos with the tag Eastern Bluebird. Lots of fun, all of these toys, but time consuming experimenting with them. I lost about 45 minutes making kaleidoscopes the other night; although, I did learn how to spell the word.
Bluebirds are among my favorite birds. I cleaned my bluebird boxes today. Left one alone as a Downy Woodpecker is using it for a winter roost. Another, I will have to replace. If I am lucky, a pair of bluebirds will select one of my houses some time in early March, so I have to be ready for them. I could write about bluebirds all day, but I will stop now, particularly since I am supposed to be writing about the Flickr toy.
